Pasta, Pugliese Style

Viktorija Todorovska spent some time in Puglia where she learnt how to make orecchiette and cavatelli among the others recipes. She has now published a new cookbook: The Puglian Cookbook: Bringing the Flavors of Puglia Home. A superb 157-page collection of the essentials of Pugliese cooking.
